GENERAL (ROUGH) CARPENTER
Craftsmen Contractors is hiring a Carpenters for the Tampa Area.
Job Duties: Need safety rails built, handrails, handicap rails and possible ramps.
Responsible for the installation of structures and fixtures, including windows and molding
Create a program/schedule for the use of materials and associated equipment for carpentry work
Provide support to concrete foreman with project layout and elevation shooting
Take the measurement and cut materials.
Responsible for operating electrical, air-powered, and regular hand tools during project
Responsible for carrying out general construction labor tasks
Provide support with fabrication during projects
Job Requirements:
Must be proficient in measuring and cutting, because the pre-made form sizes don’t always match the exact structure dimensions.
Must have at least 2 years of Carpentry experience.
Must have basic hand tools, ALL PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Jeans, Boots)
Must have a working knowledge of the various methods used to assemble all major types of forms.
Must be comfortable working at heights.
