We are seeking a motivated and reliable Water Treatment Service Technician to join our growing team. This position involves performing regular maintenance and service calls for residential and light commercial water treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform filter changes and routine maintenance on reverse osmosis systems
Service and troubleshoot water softeners and whole-house filtration equipment
Install and set up new water treatment systems
Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation
Educate customers on system use and maintenance
Ensure all work is performed in a clean, professional, and safe manner
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience with plumbing or water treatment systems preferred (we will train the right person)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments
