Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Small Engine Repair Technician and delivery driver for dumpster trailer rentals to join our team on a commission basis. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in small engine repair who enjoys the flexibility and earning potential that a commission-based position offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of small engines. Deliver, pick up and dump 10 yd dump trailers.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in small engine repair (certifications a plus but not required).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent driving record with the ability to drive super duty truck and back trailers in the tight areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Own mechanic tools and equipment.
