Currently seeking:
.Lead Screen Printer to operate M&R auto
.Press Assistant to offload while inspecting quality as well as helping break down and set up jobs on press
.Screen Room Manager to burn jobs, reclaim and recoat screens
Must be responsible, on time, have reliable transportation and highly motivated to grow with the company.
The hourly pay for these positions are based on experience and overall work ethic. Opportunities for advancement and further compensation are based on performance.
LEAD SCREEN PRINTER RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting and printing multiple jobs a day on an M&R automatic press
Paying attention to each job’s details and printing them properly and efficiently
Mixing both plastisol and discharge inks
Keeping the machine and workspace clean and organized
Using the proper squeegees for the right inks
Maintenance on machine when needed
Finishing jobs on schedule and meeting deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
Can perform in an environment that values independence and creativity of thought
Exhibit personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptability
Passion for screen printing and ambition to continue to learn and grow in the industry
Solution-seeker with a preference or tendency for action over bureaucracy
Can embrace new ideas and work in an unstructured environment
Ability to respond to urgent situations appropriately by prioritization
