Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wood Flooring and LVP Installer to work on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wood flooring and LVP installation, possess their own tools, and have reliable transportation (van or trailer).
Key Responsibilities:
Install various types of wood flooring and LVP with precision and care.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Measure and cut materials to fit designated spaces.
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Wood Flooring and LVP Installer, particularly with high-end custom projects.
Own a complete set of installation tools.
Reliable transportation (van or trailer) to transport materials and tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and ability to handle the demands of the job.
Must have own corporation, workman's comp, and general liability insurance.
