We’re looking for experienced Trim Carpenters who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. If you love bringing beautiful spaces to life and want to grow with a company that respects and rewards you, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Install interior and exterior trim, moldings, doors, frames, and cabinetry with precision
Read and interpret blueprints and plans
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to specifications
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other trades
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in trim or finish carpentry preferred
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and safety standards
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
