Position Details:
Job Title: Welder / Fabricator
Location: Tampa, Florida
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 1st Shift
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $15 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities:
Review project assignments/instructions from Team Leader
Review drawings and welding details for projects
Obtain an understanding of tasks given and develop action plans accordingly
Set up welding machine and other required equipment
Weld assemblies per the required standards
Ensure work meets quality standards
Consistently look for ways to eliminate waste and improve processes
Operate welding and cutting equipment such as electrical and manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, grinders, etc)
Qualifications:
3 years of TIG welding experience is required
Utilize hoist cranes, dollies, and other shop equipment
