Delivery Driver Job Opportunity – Lithium Battery Distributor
We are seeking a part-time delivery driver to join our energetic team, delivering batteries throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Hernando, and Polk counties. This role involves a mix of driving, warehouse duties, and physical activity in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Open the warehouse, check daily delivery schedules, and prepare for the day’s tasks.
Load the company van with batteries for dealer deliveries.
Deliver batteries across the Tampa Bay area, pick up payments and return paperwork to office.
Handle deliveries involving lifting (up to 50 pounds) and loading/unloading.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed; golf cart experience is a plus.
Can do attitude team player
Requirements:
Valid Florida driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
Physically fit for lifting and handling batteries.
Lifting 50lbs daily
Basic computer skills.
Legal right to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Two employment references.
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Starting rate: $17 per hour, paid bi-monthly.
Company van and gas card provided.
