We're looking for reliable, flexible warehouse associates to join us in building a new way to work. We're offering a $100 bonus (up to $400) for each shift successfully completed between Aug 5 to Aug 9. Candidates must complete a background check and a paid onboarding session prior to shifts.
Choose when, where, and how you want to work! Ideal is a new app that connects you to flexible shifts in your area, and lets you build your own schedule. You will find jobs paying $14 to $17 per hour with opportunities to earn more with bonuses. We're looking for flexible schedules who are eager to help us create a new way to work!
We are in the early stages of the app, but you will have the opportunity to work with various companies over time and join us on the ground floor and build a career with Ideal.
Qualifications
Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling; squatting; reaching above the head; reaching at the waist; reaching below the knees; and bending at the knees frequently
Coming on time for the job - if the shifts starts at 9 am, you must be on site and working by then
Prior warehouse experience a plus
Demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday
Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday
Frequently work in a hot/humid outdoor environment
To access the mobile app for shifts, your phone must run on iOS 16 or Android 8 operating system or newer versions
Job Responsibilities
As a warehouse associate, you will work at distribution warehouse centers selecting and building product orders for delivery
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks
Build orders according to assigned load tickets
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements
Stage completed pallets in designated area
