I’m a real estate investor in the Tampa Bay area, and I’m looking for someone to assist me as both a driver and a home repair estimator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with me and learn the ins and outs of real estate investing.
About the Role:
-Driving: You’ll drive me around in my 2019 GMC Denali to properties while I work on my laptop. A clean driving record (10+ years) and safety-focused driving are required.
-Home Repairs: You’ll help estimate repair costs, so experience in home repairs or renovations is essential.
Schedule & Benefits:
- Meet at 8:00 AM in Wesley Chapel and work until 7:00–8:00 PM.
- 1-hour unpaid lunch, with lunch covered daily.
- Hands-on learning about real estate, including evaluating properties, calculating repairs, and growing wealth.
Compensation:
This position starts with a modest pay rate, but the true value lies in the knowledge and experience you’ll gain.
