We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a strong commitment to honesty and integrity. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including check calls and maintaining Carrier relationships.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities.
Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
