Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Spreadsheet Manager to oversee and optimize product listings across Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Walmart platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling large datasets, maintaining product catalogs, and ensuring data accuracy with proper organization. This role is crucial for streamlining our e-commerce operations and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities, Data Management:
Organize, update, and maintain product data using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Handle bulk uploads, edits, and changes for product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Product Listing:
Create, modify, and optimize product listings for better visibility and performance.
Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines for titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overselling.
Coordinate with the team to sync inventory across all platforms.
Use spreadsheets to generate sales, traffic, and inventory reports.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Troubleshooting:
Resolve listing errors and discrepancies.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams to address account or listing issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Walmart marketplace operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of marketplace policies and best practices.
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization is a plus.
