We are looking for an organized, detailed caretaker.
Why would a web development firm be looking for a person that is so relational? Because our focus is on terrific client relationships. Sure, we do some outstanding and complex coding work. But our greatest successes lie in our relationships with our clients. That is what sets us apart. And that is where you come in. We are looking for the right person to keep our projects heading in the right direction, and our clients delighted to be partnered with us.
We are a small team (only 4 of us) but we handle a lot of projects. Typically 50-60 projects at any one time, from small to large. If keeping chaos organized is something you love to do, this could be a terrific opportunity.
This position is full time (9-5pm Mon-Fri) and completely remote. An keen eye for detail will be quite helpful, as is a proclivity for technology. You don't need to know what Object Oriented Programming or DNS records are - we will teach you what you need to know. But you do need to be excited to learn and learn quickly.
Salary starts at $50k/year and be higher for the right candidate. We offer 3 weeks of paid time off and a 401(k) plan (3% company funded) after 1 year working with us. Our company is 20 years young and the future looks busy and bright.
