We need a website savvy person who understands marketing of a website, and who can develop a social media campaign for our highly successful national website. Someone with the chops to develop and promote social media, YouTube and other outlets for attracting customers. We have been a successful national online company since 1998. We are the leaders in our industry. We are a manufacturer and online retailer. The people who work here are friendly and we all get along quite well. We are looking for someone who is friendly and easy to work with. While we are a very successful entity, we have not pursued social media much at all. This will be a ground floor opportunity for someone with strong skills in that area. If you have strong website knowledge as well, all the better. If you understand Ebay and Amazon marketing, even better still. Though those things are not essential initially. And keep in mind that while we are a very successful company, we have a small staff and Mom and Pops approach to everything we do. For the right person, this could be an amazing career move.
What we ARE looking for:
A self starter that we can point in a direction, and they can perform the tasks we assign them.
Someone who understand how to track website hits to determine increases in traffic that we generate.
Someone who understands how to manipulate social media such as YouTube, FB and similar outlets.
Someone who lives in the area so that we can have 1 on 1 collaboration in person.
Someone dependable without Drug or Alcohol Issues
Someone friendly and easy to get along with. Most of our employees are more mature in age, and not really geared for drama.
What we DON'T want:
Random free lancers who work remotely from areas far from our location.
People who are impatient and have trouble working well with others.
People with addiction issues.
People who can not work legally. We don't not pay "Under the table". We are an honest business that follows the rules.
People with Felonies in their background.
We need someone who can start right away, and knows what they are doing. No beginners please.
We will start a person at 20 or 30 hours per week until we get to know them and what they can do. There are potentially VERY lucrative advancement opportunities. But you will have to prove yourself first.
