assist clients both in-person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer - Collect and verify required client information and documentation for tax preparation - Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring
smooth workflow and efficient use of office time - Answer general inquiries regarding tax
services, policies, and procedures - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy
and compliance regulations - Support office staff with administrative tasks and
paperwork as needed
