We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Manager to oversee and maintain our fleet of agricultural and construction equipment. In this role, you will manage the shop, schedule maintenance, and ensure all machinery runs smoothly. Familiarity with fleet management software like Fleetio is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of a variety of agricultural and construction equipment.
Manage shop operations, inventory, and use Fleetio for tracking maintenance schedules and records.
Coordinate routine servicing and handle any emergency repairs.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintaining agricultural and/or construction equipment.
Familiarity with Fleetio or similar fleet management software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a workshop environment.
Willingness to relocate; on-site housing is available if needed.
