Salary: $500 - $600 per week (commensurate with experience) + Opportunities for Growth

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support. We are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about providing excellent service and have the drive to grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and find effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address customer needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.

Preferred:
