We have an immediate opening for full time experienced customer service/scheduler in our Overhead Doors of the Treasure Coast, Florida office.
Strong computer and customer service skills are needed for this fast paced environment.
Hours of work: 8am until 5pm, Monday thru Friday
Skills Required:
Previous experience working with construction scheduling is needed
Intermediate to advanced computer skill set needed
Typing accuracy is required.
Knowledge of the area is essential.
Excellent computer &phone skills are a required, with great attention to detail.
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook are used daily.
Previous knowledge of Southware or Traverse software is a plus.
Previous experience with Supply Pro or Builder Pro is a plus.
Knowledge of permitting is an asset.
This is a non-smoking, business casual, office environment.
You must be team player, self motivated with a strong attendance record.
