The Eddie Huggins Land Grading Co LLC is a High Volume Construction Company that has been in business for 25 years.
We are seeking a Full Time Site Work Estimator with Project Management experience. Your responsibilities are to include bidding, customer relations, take-offs, maintaining customer relations and working within a team environment. Will prepare scopes of work for trades and evaluate subcontractor pricing. Will write proposals, prepare bid documents, and Subcontractor Agreements, attend on site meetings and project management for all jobs awarded. Must have experience in Excel, Word and Construction software. You will be working directly with a great team!
You will need to have strong communication skills and a self driven work ethic. Seeking only full time long term employees!
To be considered, you must have at least 5 years in Site Work Estimating experience from a General Contractor, Municipality, or Subcontractor.
