Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
Create and serve a diverse range of drinks, cocktails, and beverages to customers with speed and precision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Ensure a lively and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service during high-volume hours, live music events, and football games.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Contribute to the overall positive image of the establishment by upholding high standards of service and professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience in bartending or a related role, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage recipes, and bartending techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
