Are you dependable, fast-moving, and thrive in high-energy environments? We’re looking for an experienced Barback to join our team immediately at one of Vero Beach’s busiest bars.
We’re not just looking for anyone. We want someone who shows up on time, takes pride in their work, and can keep up with the pace of a packed house. If you’re looking for a place to clock in and hide in the back—this isn’t it.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep our bar fully stocked and ready to rock before, during, and after service
- Restock liquor, beer, mixers, glassware, and bar tools with urgency and care
- Clear and reset bar areas quickly and efficiently
- Assist with garnishes, prep, and bar maintenance
- Support bartenders and team members during live music, karaoke, and event nights
- Handle basic cleaning duties in customer-facing areas
- Hustle, help, and handle your business without constant reminders
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a barback or fast-paced service position (required)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Quick on your feet and comfortable in a high-volume, late-night environment
- Someone who works hard without needing their hand held
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is a must
