We are seeking a skilled and passionate cook to join our dynamic food truck team in Vero Beach. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and delicious meals to our customers. Your responsibilities include but not limited too- food preparation, plating dishes, cooking, maintaining a clean and organized workspace within the limited confines of our mobile kitchen. Schedule changes weekly, so we need someone who is flexible.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a confined space.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.
