Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Ability to handle cash properly and take orders accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Responsible for keeping POS hardware safe and in good working condition
Greet guests warmly and professionally, showcasing excellent guest service skills.
Deliver food and beverages accurately, and with appropriate items (napkins, utensils, etc.)
Perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy theater
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to go up/down stairs while lifting/carrying up to 50lbs
Assist in all areas throughout the building including cleaning, organizing, restocking, and working at box/concessions/door/kiosks/etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Additional duties in any other assignable positions delegated by management
Follow proper food handling procedures/regulations
Follow specified menu recipes
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Must pass a Background Check
