Schedule: Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays that we are open
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Line Cook to join our food truck team parked at our lively brewery! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for food, and enjoys working around great beer and great people.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Restock inventory and assist with prep
Work closely with a small, friendly team
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year kitchen experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to handle a high-volume rush
Reliable and punctual, follows proper dress code
Must be able to work in a small space and in warm temperatures
Food Safety Certified or with in 90 days of hiring
