Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional person with phone and host experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A welcoming demeanor and effective communication skills are essential for ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
-Greet and seat guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
-Input phone, Doordash, and Ubereats orders into the POS system.
-Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
-Bag takeout orders for customers.
-Assist with basic front-of-house tasks.
Qualifications
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer skills (familiarity with POS systems highly preferred)
-Previous customer service or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not required.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
-Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Currently we are looking for someone to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
