FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER(S) FOR WEEK DAYS AND WEEKENDS!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Front of House Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring outstanding customer service, smooth shift management, and consistent adherence to health and safety protocols. You will be the face of our business, fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere of the venue
Work closely with kitchen/back-of-house and management to coordinate service
Monitor inventory and place orders for FOH supplies
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar Front of House or managerial role
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
A proactive and hands-on approach
MUST MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS, WORK IN FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT AND HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
