Medalist Village Club is a small quaint boutique club boasting a variety of amenities. Located in the heart of Hobe Sound we are currently seeking Front of house and Back of house professionals to complete our seasonal team.
This is a great opportunity for low drama, talented culinary professionals who’d like to show case and grow their skill set.
We are mainly a supper club, however, we are open 4 lunches and 4 dinners a week, with 1-2 days of opening prep work. We will cater to occasional social events such as golf tournaments, themed buffets, and upscale wine pairings.
Job Overview
The Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef is working side by side with the Executive Chef to ensure that all culinary standards are met and exceeded. With a keen attention to detail and a passion for excellence, the Sous Chef helps maintain the rhythm and energy of the team, fostering a collaborative and creative atmosphere that inspires both innovation and consistency.
