Key Responsibilities:
Assist licensed Chiropractors in the delivery of patient care
Contribute to a positive and welcoming experience for all patients
Perform patient intake and document diagnostic information accurately
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient charts and records
Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments
Ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service
Support front-desk operations, including registration and check-in
Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic protocols at all times
Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment areas
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS Or Bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) is a PLUS
Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Experience with EMR systems preferred – ECW experience is a PLUS
