Knowledge of Microsoft Word
Inputs data accurately and completely in a software system
Verifies patients’ insurance, eligibility, benefits and estimates
Send statements and verbally request late payments
Follow up late or missed payments
Review and update records for late payments and insurance information
At least 2-year experience
Must be Fluent in English, Bilingual is a plus
