We have full-time and part-time cases available in West Palm Beach, Port Saint Lucie and Vero Beach.
Must initially register IN PERSON at our office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Qualifications Required To Register:
- CNA LICENSE or 75 HOUR CERTIFICATE HHA
(certificates must have course curriculum attached)
- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
- CPR CARD, MUST be "hands-on" and from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association or Health and Safety Institute.
- DRIVER LICENSE issued by the State of Florida.
- PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE - MUST be renewed each year.

Must select the $86 policy with limits of $500,000 / $1,000,000
- PHYSICAL EXAM MUST be less than 6 months old, state "free of communicable diseases" and completed by a licensed MD, PA or ARNP. NO Chiropractic Physicians
- PB CAREGIVER BADGE (HHA only) Only if working in PBC
- HIV/AIDS CERTIFICATE (1 HOUR)
- ALZHEIMERS DISEASE AND RELATED DISORDERS (2 HOURS)
- ASSISTANCE WITH SELF ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATIONS (2 HOURS)
- DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (2 HOURS)
- LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND SCREENING Must be completed prior to being registered and repeated every 5 years. We must be able to verify you have not had a 90 day break in service since the screening date. Otherwise, a resubmission is required and there is a fee with AHCA.
