Position: Cleaning/Maintenance Person
Days/Hours: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week,
Immediate opening for an experienced cleaning and maintenance person at a Jensen Beach, South
Hutchinson Island condominium.
Job duties include:
Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming,
mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.)
Trash removal
Assist in performing routine maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Requirements:
3+ years proven work experience in similar role
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Knowledge of general home repairs
Capable of lifting 50-70 lbs
Strong time management skills and ability to work well with others
Must have reliable transportation
Fluent in English
