Applicants applying this job should be familiar with common work done on a farm. You must show up time, have reliable transportation, able to pay attention to detail, able to work with little to no supervision, complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, trustworthy, dependable, accountable, good appearance and eager to work.
Some of the things we do daily include, spraying herbicides, fertilizer, tillage work, seeding, burning, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Appplicants must be capable of learning how to use tractors equipped with gps, be able to operate a skid steer and wheel loader, pull gooseneck trailers, fence repairs and common mechanical knowledge.
