We are seeking a Janitorial Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:
Keep exterior of buildings and lot in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning trashcans, walkways and displays, blowing leaves, removing waste and debris from lot including bushes, walkways and parking spaces.
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
