Bridge Landscape is a high-end residential Landscape Installation and Gardening Services Company located in Hobe Sound. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Landscape Projects Manager. Candidate must be detail oriented, have great leadership skills, and be a team player. Experience is preferred, but not required. We hire for attitude and will train the right candidate.
Requirements:
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Have excellent attendance (this is a team effort, and we depend on you).
Work well with management and other team members.
Be self-motivated.
Have a positive attitude and professional manner.
Be able to give directions as well as follow directions.
Be respectful of the clients and their residences.
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Be able to pass the required background check.
Be able to work occasional late hours and Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities:
Client Relations- Building and maintaining client relationships, picking up specialty items, visiting and reviewing accounts & establishing new accounts.
Management of Crew- Set up foremen on daily schedule, order crew supplies & tools, oversee training & new hires.
Ordering of plants and materials for accounts.
Coordination of subcontractors.
Administrative duties- Weekly schedule, daily worksheet information, maintaining records, etc.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
