We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains clean, well-maintained, and in great condition for our residents.
You would be working on Hutchinson Island at our beautiful apartment complex right on the beach.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of the property, including parking lots, walkways, and common areas
Perform light repairs
Conduct basic carpentry and painting tasks
Ensure that safety standards are met in all maintenance work
Help maintain grounds, landscaping, and trash disposal areas
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
Ability to perform physical labor (bending, lifting, and carrying).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and availability for on-call emergencies.
