We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker for our mobile home park located in Fort Pierce. The ideal candidate will perform various maintenance and repair tasks throughout the park, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all residents.
Responsibilities
Perform general repairs around the park.
Conduct manual labor tasks as needed.
Cut and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
Assist with light maintenance tasks in the park’s sewer plant.
Respond promptly to emergency water or sewer backups.
Qualifications
Working experience in plumbing is highly desired.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency in using lawn maintenance equipment.
Possession of a personal vehicle for transportation.
Must be available on call for potential emergencies after hours or on the weekend.
