Grounds maintenance
Equipment maintenance
Underground plumbing repairs
Equipment and hand tool usage
Plumbing and carpentry on rental units
Record maintenance activities accurately
Qualifications:
Grounds maintenance expertise
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Physical stamina and manual dexterity
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
