We are a full-service maintenance and preservation servicing company that is currently seeking honest, hardworking, quality Property Preservation specialists to service and manage bank-owned properties through all phases of the foreclosure process. Applicants must understand the requirement of completing work according to HUD guidelines as well as the individual client's requirements and understand the importance of due dates. We perform P&P and REO work orders.
Duties include completing the requested tasks ON TIME, taking complete detailed photos. Documenting all work performed, and all bids placed with details. Clear and detailed photos are the basis of how we are paid, so attention to detail is a MUST.
We offer full support staff, in-house processors, and unparalleled support to the contractors in the field.
All potential independent contractors MUST HAVE the following requirements to receive work order from us:
- General Liability Insurance Policy - Workers Comp/Exempt
- Reliable Transportation
- Required tools, equipment, and supplies will be verified.
- A smartphone with a good data plan is a must!
- Must have or be able to obtain an ABC# from Aspen Grove.
Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of property preservation experience.
Must be able to troubleshoot, an perform assigned property preservation work orders.
Ability to work independently to deliver results under strict deadlines.
Excellent customer service, flexibility and communication skills!
MUST have the ability to place industry-standard bids and access damages properly.
