Job Description: Field Service Technician
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a self-starter field service technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive services that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. We are a roof cleaning business so must be able to work outside and on roofs.
Responsibilities and Duties
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure a safe work environment. - Coordinate with the office. Report disputes and safety incidents. - Responsible for daily job site clean-up. - Manage all on site preparations, repairs, and maintenance
- Operate vehicle and all equipment in a safely manner
- Follow all company's procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information with mangers
- Maintain professionalism with all our customers
- Document all work performed
- Properly Maintains truck and equipment
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS: - We will Train
- Detail oriented. - Ability to multitask. - Ability to be flexible in position. - Positive, Can-do Attitude. - Ability to deliver top-quality/excellent customer service. - Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment (will train)
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules - Willingness to travel if the need arises.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
Required Skills:
- This job requires that you be able to safely use ladders, and proper safety rules while on tops of roofs
- Able to lift up to 100lbs
- Experience on roof preferred, but not necessary
