We are seeking a Roll-Off Driver with customer service experience to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will not only be responsible for transporting large containers to and from various locations but also providing exceptional service to our clients. If you have a valid license, a clean driving record, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our customers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Transport containers safely and efficiently, while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Engage with customers professionally and courteously during pickups and deliveries
- Ensure that containers are placed in the designated locations according to customer preferences
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Must be coachable and a team player
Requirements:
- Valid license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience as a roll- off driver, preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service
- Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Open to work overtime
