Miramar 2 Condominium association on Hutchinson Island is seeking a part time maintenance person.
Aprox 8 to 16 hours a week, with flexible timing if you need (1 day a week, or split up over several days)
Duties include:
Painting, irrigation repairs, light changing, minor drywall repair, minor masonry repairs, light spot cleaning, and general building maintenance.
Primarily indoors, but there are some outdoor projects as needed.
Pay - $15 a hour
