We’re a family-oriented company looking for a dependable Tile Restoration Assistant who genuinely enjoys hands-on work and is seeking future growth opportunities within our company.
This role is a combination of commission-based earning with the safety net of a weekly guaranteed minimum ($500). It’s ideal for someone who wants consistent security while also being rewarded for performance and contribution.
You’ll assist with tile and grout projects in homes and businesses — preparing job sites, mixing grout, cleaning, and supporting experienced technicians.

What You’ll Do
Assist with tile and grout restoration tasks
Prepare and clean job sites, move materials, and operate basic tools
Mix grout/thinset, assist with grout color sealing and shower re-grouting
Load/unload tools and supplies from work vehicles
Maintain safe, clean, customer-ready work environments
Follow directions and company procedures carefully

Valid driver’s license
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend over for long periods, and kneel frequently

Preferred: familiarity with flooring, tile, or construction processes
