Seeking a motivated individual that can work in a fast-paced production environment. This position is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining various production mold machines. Thisincludes injection molding presses and metal stamping machines as well as some other smaller machines.Usual Scheduled is Monday- ThursdayResponsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:Operate Injection Molding presses in a safe, efficient manorMaintain quality standards in the injection processKeep manual work record at the pressPerform any required secondary operations at the pressClean presses and area around the facility dailyMonitor quality of productTransfer finished goods to designated warehouse locationsFollow daily safety checks of the areaReconcile production reportPush or pull bins and carts, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouchMaintain a safe work environmentWorking hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:PREFERRED SKILLSWell organized, with a great attention detailMaintain a professional appearanceAble to work under moderate supervision, able to effectively follow verbal andw ritten directions to complete all duties in a timely and accurate manor.Good communication skills ? both verbal and writtenWork well in a team environment strong sense of commitment to both the company and the customer.Comply with the company?s established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.Knowledge of occupational hazards and accident prevention methods in assigned area(s) of responsibility, with thorough knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and standard practices in operation of a warehouse.Education:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalentMechanical aptitudeMust have excellent attention to detail and good math skillsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs.Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkersWilling to learn the trade of mold injection technician If you have machine operator experience in mold machines, please apply as soon as possible!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
