We are a growing manufacturing company located in Fort Pierce, Florida with 17 straight years of growth. We have added an additional 28,000 square feet to our manufacturing facility.

You do not have to bring us a long history of know how in our industry. You need only bring a positive attitude and an open mind.
Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: This includes cleaning, sanding, and masking parts to prepare them for powder coating.
Powder Coating Application: Operators use spray guns, automated equipment, or other methods to apply the powder coating evenly and accurately.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: They operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including spray booths, ovens, and other tools.
Quality Control: Operators inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Loading and Unloading: They load and unload parts on conveyor lines and pallets.
Troubleshooting: Operators troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with minor repairs.
Safety and Cleanliness: They follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Other Duties: May include assisting with color changes, performing light touch-up work, and potentially assisting with other production tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED: A basic level of education is often required.
Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a manufacturing setting is often preferred.
Manual Dexterity: The ability to handle tools and equipment accurately is essential.
Physical Stamina: Operators may need to lift and move parts, which can be up to 50-100 pounds.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate application and quality control requires close attention to detail.
Ability to Follow Instructions: Operators must be able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
Teamwork: Working in a production environment often requires collaboration with other team members.
