Customer Service Representative
Are you skilled in administrative duties and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team at our HVAC company. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is proficient in multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with customers and subcontractors for HVAC installations.
- Data entry in QuickBooks for daily job tracking.
- Managing hourly tracking for technicians, including payroll and commission calculations.
- Handling customer complaints and queries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Daily reconciliation of QuickBooks for credit card charges and bank account.
- Collaborating with finance companies for customer financing of new air conditioner purchases.
- Filing permits for HVAC installs and coordinating with customers for permit closure.
- Assisting with property management tasks for the owner's rental properties.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in an HVAC or similar technical field.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and standard office software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation:
- $15 to $16 per hour with guaranteed 53 hours per week.
- Includes 13 hours of overtime pay at time and a half.
