Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk and Office Assistant at our Palm Beach Gardens location. The Front Desk and Office Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, and use of office equipment. Additional clerical skills are also required.

Greeting and registering patients

Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

Answering phones and scheduling appointments

Updating patient records and verifying insurance information

Patient check-in

Assisting with medical procedures and treatments

Preparing exam rooms and equipment

Maintaining inventory of medical supplies and equipment

Providing patient education and instructions

Performing other duties as assigned by the medical staff

Take up other duties as assigned by the management (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Qualifications:

Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience in administrative assistance and use of office equipment

Strong clerical skills, including data entry and filing

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
