About Us: We are a small but growing repossession company based in Port St. Lucie, and we are looking to expand our team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated, professional receptionist to help us take our operations to the next level. This is a key role that will involve a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong technical abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, manage internal communications, and assist with accounting and office functions. We are seeking someone who can handle multitasking, work independently, and help streamline processes for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing calls from clients and customers

Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook

Managing emails and internal communications to ensure smooth office operations

Performing data entry and managing financial records using QuickBooks (basic invoicing, payments, and general ledger)

Providing administrative support, such as filing, document preparation, and general office organization

Assisting in customer service-related tasks, including inquiries and follow-ups

Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and QuickBooks (previous experience with both required)

Strong computer skills and familiarity with general office software and equipment

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

Previous receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a small business or similar setting

Knowledge of repossession or collections industry is a plus but not required
