Job entails handling board meetings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget creation and implementation, common area maintenance coordinator, customer service expertise, minimum 5 years experience.
Must have experience with construction, renovation and basic property mgmt .
Approx 400 units.
Monday through Friday 8:30am -5:30pm
No weekends
