GLS Remodeling, LLC is hiring a part-time Office Assistant.

We seek a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant who possesses a great attitude and effective communication skills with other team members, customers, and vendors, who will grow with us to build a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
Functions and Knowledge Include:
Answering Phones and Emails
All aspects of Customer Care
Organize/schedule of Estimate Appointments and Jobs
Handle all project documentation, including estimates, contracts, insurance certificates, permits.
Social Media posts and advertising needs
Maintain office supplies and equipment
File system maintenance
Fluent in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Excel, One Drive
Google Calendar, Photos, Email, Drive
Valid driver's license and insurance
A pleasant and organized work demeanor and performance are necessary.
The work atmosphere is casual yet professional and focused.
Part Time
4 hours a day (9 am - 1pm)
Monday-Friday
Location: In person / Jensen Beach
