Office Clerk-BILINGUAL

Part-time clerk to answer phones and greet customers/clients professionally. We are looking for an individual who is mature, dependable, trustworthy and willing to learn.

Monday - Thurs or Friday - 4 days a week/4 hours a day/onsite

Ideal candidate will provide a variety of administrative duties for staff. Manages phone calls for multiple incoming lines and set appointments. Will be responsible for general office organization. This is a professional service provider and NOT a Medical Office.

Requirements:

Fluent in English - Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English clearly

Fluency in Spanish - must be able to speak and understand Spanish fluently

Must be willing to talk on the phone - this is NOT telemarketing - however, our clients require a very high level of communication by voice (telephone), email, text, etc. If you do not want to interact with people, this is not the job for you.

Computer Literate and able to use Microsoft Word, e-mail and the Internet competently.

Able to understand deadlines, set appointments, remind customers/clients of appointments.

Able to File Alphabetically

Must be able to work independently and with a team.

Must be able to keep company business confidential and leave personal devices untouched while working

Preferred Skills (but not required):

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Some College

Experience with Scanning and document management a plus
